Placing Your Order
 Catering will prepare your
food from scratch per your exact requirements. We will make every effort to accommodate your specific requirements! To assure the highest possible quality please do your best to follow our ordering guidelines:
• Please try to place your order at least 24 hours in advance of your function.
• We will accept Breakfast orders
until 2:00 PM the prior day. After 2:00 PM we will accept orders based upon food and schedule availability.
• We will accept lunch or dinner orders until 2:00 PM the prior day. After 2:00 PM we will accept orders based upon food and schedule availability.
• If you have a rush order requirement please call us. If there is any way we can fit it into our schedule we will!
• All prices are subject to Sales Tax and Delivery Charge
Changing Your Order
We understand that you may sometimes have to make changes to your order due to unexpected circumstances. If you need to increase or decrease your order please notify us no later then 2:00 PM the day prior to your event. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your event. All other cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Delivery
Our minimum delivery order is $50.00. There is a 10% delivery charge for all deliveries and a minimum delivery charge of $5.00. Our catering attendants will unpack and set up your order at your request. Please request this service when you place your order. Delivery times will vary depending on distance and delivery demands. Placing your order in advance will help ensure your preferred delivery time. If our delivery service is booked or our available delivery times do not match your schedule, we offer a messenger service or you can use the messenger of your choice. |
Payment
Payment may be made by Cash, Check, or Credit Card. In all cases a Credit Card guarantee is required to place an order. 50% will be charged when the order is placed and the balance will be charged after delivery. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What’s Included
Catering always uses the best possible ingredients and freshest fruits and vegetables in our frozen yogurt, pastries, salads, fruit trays, sandwiches and wraps. Catering orders come with all necessary plates, cups, utensils, napkins, serving utensils, and condiments.
Extra Options
Catering can provide decorative baskets, flowers, and special serving pieces as your needs may require. Please let us help you with your special requirements. If there is something you desire and you don’t see it offered— please ask, we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. |
